Dharaneeswar secured First Place in the State Level Chess Tournament.
Winner — Hindi Handwriting Competition
Raghul Shyam won the Hindi Handwriting Competition conducted by the Hindi Prachar Sabha.
Zonal Level Winners — State Level Competitions
P. Roja and Ajay Vasanth are Zonal Level winners of the Drawing and Handwriting State Level Competition. P. Kishore, J. Jenifer, Gloria, S. Varshini, P. Jebin Paul and A. Ambika are winners of the State Level Handwriting Competition (Zonal Level).
First, Second & Third — District Silambattam Tournament
V.V. Prabhakaran, P. Karthikesh and A. Praveen won First, Second and Third places respectively in the District Level Silambattam Tournament.

P. Navaneethan, P.S. Vishnu Prasad and P. Srimathi won First, Second and Third places respectively in District Level and Inter-School Yoga Competitions. The school has also won many laurels in sports.
